Dunamar Resort

The project consisting of a series of buildings arranged in line and a large swimming pool in the center, makes up one of the best tourist villages in the province of Venice. The resort, immersed in the green of the pine forest and a few steps from the sea, is characterized by a perfect integration between full and empty spaces. All the blocks are characterized by single-family cells arranged in rows with an elevation movement that follows the dune reformation that the environmental restoration project envisages. Overall, the project involved a construction of 113 units.
