Victoria Building

More than 7,000 square meters of offices and commercial spaces suitable for high-density mono and multi-tenant scenarios, including numerous accessory spaces, structures and common spaces in the internal courtyard. This is the new Victoria Building, a project of Asti Architetti, which redesigns, in a modern key, the building of the early twentieth century where one of the headquarters of “Il Sole 24 Ore” was located, among others. The two-level high art-deco base will be preserved in Gré stone, which binds very well to the typical materials of Milan. Three floors will be added with a modern and attractive structure characterized by vertical pads in burnished anodized aluminum, which integrate perfectly with the remaining building, however, differentiating the raised parts and fragmenting the size of the building. Particularly the recovery of the shed building that occupies the courtyard. The structure has been preserved and enhanced by the use of glass that will in fact transform it into a huge “lantern”.
